Exceptional! It was a beautiful, well taken care of home. It was just perfect for our family of six. The owner of the home took us on a trail ride to show us some beautiful sights in the area. My family had a great time.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay – the location was peaceful and serene (exactly what we were hoping for). The home was beautifully decorated and landscaped. It was well equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The master suite had gorgeous views of the red rock, the bed was super comfortable and the master bath was expansive and luxurious. The hosts were extremely responsive and were ready to help with anything we needed. The home is located about 15 minute drive from Sedona’s busy uptown core – we enjoyed being close to all amenities without being in the middle of the hustle. We would definitely come back to this location again and again. Thank you John and Rainey for a wonderful stay!

Family Vacation – Excellent! We’ve stayed in many homes thru VRBO. This was the best by far. The home is so clean, well stocked and comfortable. My only regret was stopping at the grocery store before check in to grab things I normally need at a rental-they had everything. Don’t look at any other homes, rent this one!

Quiet Neighborhood, Great Views, Wonderful House! Features and furnishings at the house are of wonderful quality. Having the friendly hosts living nearby was reassuring too. The location is perfect…it is away from town and quiet, but still close to Sedona or Cottonwood. So if there’s a mealtime that you don’t feel like cooking…no problem…head into Sedona for Famous Pizza, etc. The interior decorating is perfectly calming with earth tones, crystals/geodes, wood flooring, and plenty of natural Arizona sunlight. For the times that you need a break from too much sun, the windows have light-blocking accordion shades that are easily deployed. The pool was the perfect size for our group of six and pool floats are included with the property. The garage was clean and fit our rented Ford Expedition well.

House very well equipped in a stunning setting. We absolutely loved our stay at John & Rainey’s house. The property is exceptionally well-equipped, with everything clean and ready for our arrival. The view is breathtaking, and the pool is perfect for relaxing. There were also plenty of games, both indoor and outdoor, to keep the kids entertained. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and always available. We highly recommend this house and would not hesitate to return.
