We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home. It exceeded expectations from every angle. The location is quiet and private, yet only a few minutes from town. The setting is beautiful and this was one of the cleanest VRBOs we have stayed in. We loved the bird feeders in front of the house, and enjoyed watching the birds each morning with our coffee. Five stars all the way!

John & Rainey made a very easy for us from beginning to end and offered us if we need help around the neighborhood like tour guides. My family made a home the minute we walked in and felt like my vacation home and felt super cozy. Big supermarket was very close and we did some food shopping and love the kitchen and enjoyed family time together especially with my coffee 😊 that John and Rainey made an available for us all choices and a ninja coffee maker 👍👌 John and Rainey I am very hard to please but your entire kitchen was super clean and thank you for making every possible things available for us and dishes and cookware was perfect. The scenery for this property is beautiful. Entire property was very well-maintained and super clean. Our family had an amazing time in the pool and hot tub, enjoyed the Mountain View. Beds were very comfortable and great bathrooms and washer and dryer was very helpful and very easy access to the garage packing and unloading stuff. We will definitely going back and already telling our friends and family about this beautiful property. We are very highly recommended and we promise you won’t be disappointed.

EXCEPTIONAL. We loved everything about this property! It is absolutely gorgeous! My kids loved the pool and the night sky was stunning! We sat in the pool area at night and looked at the sky because it was just so beautiful. We will definitely be back.

Home away from home! The owners, John & Rainey, literally thought of every detail and made the house feel like more than just a getaway – vacation spot, it felt home away from home. They were extremely quick to respond to any questions I had. My whole family loved the house, location, & amenities. We all agreed we’d like to come back again and stay here longer.

Our stay at this marvelous property was incredible! John and Rainey were amazing hosts, always on top of everything and quick to respond to our inquiries. The place is magical, thoughtfully equipped with all amenities necessary to make your stay a delight (kitchen, bathrooms, laundry room, etc.). We’ve visited Sedona numerous times and stayed in different places, but John & Rainey’s take the #1 spot!
